ABOUT SEAN S. McGRAW
BIOGRAPHY
Born into the small gulf coast community of Carrabelle Florida, Sean S. McGraw's interest in maritime subjects began with the Oystermen of Carrabelle, East Point and Apalachicola. As a child he moved to Jupiter, Florida where he spent most of his time exploring the Loxahatchee and St. Lucie rivers in his Boston Whaler. After graduating from an exemplary middle and high school art program, he furthered his education at the Savannah College of Art and Design as well as the National Academy of Design and Art Students League of New York. Sean S. McGraw's work is part of public and private collections internationally as well as the permanent collection of The Gettysburg Foundation, the National Park Service and Gettysburg National Military Park .
