ABOUT SEAN S. McGRAW

BIOGRAPHY

Originally from Carrabelle Florida, Artist Sean S. McGraw's interest in maritime subjects and art started early with the local Oystermen of East Point and Apalachicola.  Around the age of three he moved to Jupiter, Florida where he spent countless hours exploring and studying the waterways both inshore and offshore in his Boston Whaler.  After graduating from nationally recognized middle and high school art programs, he earned a scholarship to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design as well as the National Academy of Design and Art Students League of New York. Sean S. McGraw's work has won multiple grants and awards. His work hangs in both public and private collections internationally as well as in the permanent collection of the National Park Service.
