ABOUT SEAN S. McGRAW
BIOGRAPHY
Originally from Carrabelle Florida, Artist Sean S. McGraw's interest in maritime subjects began early with the local Oystermen of East Point and Apalachicola. At a young age he moved to Jupiter, Florida where he spent countless hours up and down the river and off shore in his Boston Whaler. After graduating from nationally recognized middle and high school art programs, he earned scholarships to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design as well as the National Academy of Design and the Art Students League of New York. Sean S. McGraw has received multiple grants and awards for his painting and sculpture. His work can be found in both public and private collections internationally as well as in the permanent collection of the Gettysburg Foundation and National Park Service.
